This option offers you the basic features of portfolio management service, which is, monitoring, tracking and collecting dividends, bonuses and accrued benefits.

This service is rendered for a fee of 2% flat of the portfolio Net Asset Value (NAV) payable quarterly.

• Account opening: Minimum of N500,000.00
• Minimum Term: Negotiable but not less than six months
• Investment Mode: Discretionary/Non discretionary.
• Fees payable: Statutory Stock Exchange transaction charges
• Management Fee: 2% on Net Asset Valuation (NAV). Payable quarterly.

• Return on investment is not at any guaranteed rate but can be very well above the market index
• Quarterly portfolio performance report, or on demand.

Our investments are distributed amongst equities quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, selected based on qualitative and quantitative research; as well as in discountable instruments of reputable financial institutions in Nigeria, Real Estate and other financial Instruments.
